Overview
Dryer Master developed its 2500i grain drying control system specifically to deal with the control challenges presented by the drying of grain in commercial grain dryers. Two real time moisture sensors continuously monitor incoming and outgoing grain moisture and feed this critical information to the 2500i controller. The controller builds a model of how efficiently the dryer is drying at any point in time, and updates the model based on actual drying results.
